Kotoko board member sues board Chair's Light FM after making fallacious claims against her

 


Asante Kotoko board member Evelyn Nsiah Asare has sued Kumasi-based radio broadcast Light FM for criticizing her. 

 

A write of a request dated September 9, 2021, shows five individuals from the Light FM Sports group have all been hauled to Kumasi Circuit Court. 


Light FM, which is owned by Kotoko board Chair, Osikani Kwame Kyei, has seriously criticized the current Asante Kotoko administration, drove by Chief Executive Officer Nana Yaw Amponsah.


The CEO, some administration individuals just as some board members have continually remained the objective on their program which is aired between 3 pm to 6 pm.


Plaintiff (Asare Nsiah) claims every allegation and criticism has been fallaciously made without any justification and has sued them accordingly, for tarnishing her image. 


Pieces of data assembled demonstrate that the Sunyani Technical University lecturer is requesting GH¢2 million in damages from the FM station, a withdrawal of their allegations, and render an unfit apology from Light FM.
